La difficoltà "Extreme" e alcune impostazioni per gli scenari sono state aggiunte a "ROMANCE OF THE THREE KINGDOMS XIV".
Oltre alla difficoltà aggiuntiva "Extreme", grazie a "Scenario Settings" sarà possibile modificare varie impostazioni di gioco, per esempio modificare la quantità di informazioni mostrate sulle unità nemiche o l'impatto del collegamento sulla forza delle unità.
